At Out of Body Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to make things right.
Returns
We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To ensure that your return is processed quickly and easily, please follow these guidelines:

Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, including clearance, discounted items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.

- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back the item.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective items or incorrect order fulfillment).

- Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, you will be issued a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on full-price items within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the steps below:

Shipping Costs
- For exchanges, we offer free shipping on the replacement item (within the same country). If you are exchanging for an item of a lower value, we will process a refund for the price difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the items do not meet our return criteria (e.g., signs of wear or missing tags).
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
